In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to persons include natural persons, corporations, and unincorporated associations.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. The minimum deposit for bank transfer methods is ৳1,000. bb88bb does not charge platform-side processing fees on any deposit; however, the Player's own payment provider may apply standard transaction fees as per their own terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit or to a verified account in the Player's own name. bb88bb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. bb88bb aims to process mobile wallet withdrawals within 10 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business days of a verified withdrawal request.

4.4 Currency & Exchange

All bb88bb accounts are held and operated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bb88bb does not offer multi-currency accounts. If a Player's payment method processes a transaction in a currency other than BDT, any conversion to BDT will be performed by the Player's payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate; bb88bb applies no additional spread or conversion margin on its side of the transaction.

4.5 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Players must not raise a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal claim with their payment provider in relation to any bb88bb deposit. Any chargeback or disputed payment initiated by a Player will result in the immediate suspension of their account pending investigation. Where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, bb88bb reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means and to permanently close the associated account.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bb88bb operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of bonus funds, cancellation of bonus-derived winnings, and potential permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once.
• Coordinating with other Players to systematically exploit bonus mechanics, including through matched betting strategies where the intent is to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bb88bb may — without prior notice — freeze account funds, suspend account access, void open wagers, cancel pending withdrawals, and refer the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities. Players whose accounts are closed for prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposited funds where those funds are found to be connected to the prohibited activity.

All content on the bb88bb platform — including but not limited to the bb88bb brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, icons, written content, game lobby presentation, promotional materials, and software interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of bb88bb or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

8.5 Governing Language

In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

8.6 Amendments to These Terms

8.7 Entire Agreement
